1. What makes Aera by Her scarves special?

Our scarves are hand-selected for their style, quality, and versatility. From elevated everyday looks to bold statement vibes, each piece is designed to help you express yourself effortlessly.

3. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. Stay tuned! international shipping may be coming soon!

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically process within 2–4 business days. After that, shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll get a tracking number once it’s on the way.

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 5 days of delivery at hello@aerabyher.com and we’ll take care of it.

6. Can I update or cancel my order?

We start processing orders quickly, but if you reach out within a few hours of placing your order, we’ll do our best! Email us at aerabyher@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay at checkout.
